Purpold? Golurple? I Dunno!

Happy Friday, my fellow polish lovers!

I spent the day before work hanging with my hubby and our bunny (Princess Scarlett).  I was unable/unwilling to put up an earlier post haha.  But I really want to share this rich-royal-majestic-type mani with you today :)

 Colors Used: Love & Beauty - Purple, Sally Hansen - Golden-I, Sephora by OPI - It's Real 18k Gold Top Coat

There is something to be said about the combination of purple and gold.  I think they are just so rich and lovely when together. 

This mani was unplanned.  I was completely uninspired and wasn't feeling up to nail art because I am loathing my nubbins lol.  So I just took out some polishes and had a go at my nails.  2 coats of each base color.  I topped the purple with 1 coat of the 18k gold flakes (a birthday buy, on sale at Sephora for $15!).  With my dotting tool, I applied a smattering of purple dots over the gold polish.

Easy-peasy lemon squeezy ;)
